Shared nutrition and lifestyle counseling focuses on how our health is affected by food and drink choices, stress, and daily activities at work and beyond. In an interactive and dynamic environment, shared nutrition and lifestyle counseling provides the foundation for participants to make lasting and healthy changes in their lives. Typically, 8-20 persons will meet for 6 weekly 90-minute sessions, led by Dr. Jaster or an associate. The extended time period gives participants the opportunity to interact, learn from each other and acquire new healthy habits.
Series can be specifically developed for your group, family, or individuals with specific health problems, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, overweight, and many others. Single sessions can be arranged to give a brief overview of what would be included in a series of 6 (or more) sessions.
